The race venue is approximately 14.5 hour’s drive from Eurotunnel using Toll roads.  There may be a requirement for a tolls on certain routes.


Disciplines: Canicross, Bikejor, Scooter (all disciplines are for one dog only)


Cost per entry

As we have had to provide numbers based on your pre-registration you will only be offered the classes you pre-registered for.


Adults/Juniors £60 for 1st Discipline and £30 for a second discipline (same athlete).

Children £40 per discipline (This includes exchange rate, bank charges and booking fee).

The price of the first entry includes one meal on Saturday evening for the athlete. (There is NOT an additional meal included with a second discipline.)




Extra meals can be purchased with your entry for meals on site and also for your guests as follows: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE MEALS WHEN YOU ENTER as these cannot be added later.


Meal n° 1 : Friday morning –£5  – breakfast buffet  varied, without restrictions to choose from.

Friday noon and Friday night - The possibility of buying a meal in the current food truck.

Meal  n°2  : Saturday morning – £5 – breakfast buffet  varied, without restrictions to choose from.

Meal  n°3  : Saturday noon  – £8   (Menu :  polish bigos (hunter's stew/stewed cabbage) / For vegetarians : pasta with vegetables)

Meal n° 4 : Saturday night – athletes' meals for accompanying persons – £10      

Menu : roast pork in a sauce with potatoes and salads / For vegetarians: rice with vegetables. Additional charge for coffee / tea / drink

Meal n° 5 : Sunday morning – £5 – breakfast buffet  varied, without restrictions to choose from.

Meal  n° 6 : Sunday noon – £8 (Menu : sausage or shashlik on the grill / For vegetarians : dumplings with spinach in a cream sauce)

Sunday evening  The possibility of buying a meal in the current food truck.


On the entry form you will asked to select your option, please remember to indicate which are vegetarian.

IMPORTANT: To enter you will need your BSSF membership number, your passport number and Dog's microchip number, your vehicle type and registration number. You will only be offered the class that you pre-registered for as this is the place you have been allocated by the ICF. Please also remember to book any extra meals (See above) that you or your handlers require.


ALL entries must have been pre-registered through the BSSF. Anyone wishing to race at the ICF Championships must have current BSSF membership at the time of the event.


Membership can be renewed from 1st August this year. Full details of how to renew will be sent out shortly.

The stakeout area on site can be viewed on the organisers website. We understand that camping for competitors is included in the entry. However we are still waiting to hear if wifi and electricity will be included or not. Similarly we do not know at this stage if a charge will be made to competitors staying off site to park at the venue.


The British team will try to park together to allow for ease of communication & team spirit.

Course description:

Provisional routes. The final information will be published on event website after the ICF assembly.

Route 5,3km (canicross adults, bikejoering, scooter)

(OR Route 4,7km Shortened route 5300m if higher temperatures)

Route 2,6km (canicross young boys&girls)

Route 1,8km (canicross school young boys&girls)

Course markers:

Markers will be Blue for the course, Red will indicate a turn on same side as turn and Yellow indicates caution.


Relay team:

Proposal by race organisers to have  2 relays. A canicross one and a mix of disciplines. (Canicross, scooter & bike).

Details TBC nearer the event.

Team Leader will organise teams on site. Please note there may be a charge on site for this.

Course Inspection:

Competitors may inspect the course without dogs at the allocated times. This at your own risk as no marshals will be on the course & care must be taken at all time.


This is subject to weather conditions & abuse of this allowance will result in the course being closed to all.


Compulsory canine vaccinations:


Mandatory: Rabies & Kennel cough which MUST be administered 3 weeks before vet check.

Either nasal or vaccination of Kennel cough will be accepted.

Poland is not in the Euro Zone and the currency is Zloty but Euros will be accepted at the race venue.
